Help shape MVGEM.

We’re looking for people interested in becoming members, volunteering, sharing skills or serving on the developing board. At this stage, registering interest is a way to start a conversation, not a paid membership application.

You might want to help with field trips, educational programs, lapidary demonstrations, equipment maintenance, specimen photography, displays, accessibility planning, events, fundraising, grant research or organizational records. You might simply want to attend and learn. Both are useful.

Interested in board service?

We’re looking for people who can help with organizational development, finances, partnerships, accessible programming, space and equipment planning, and long-term sustainability.

You don’t have to be a mineral expert to bring useful experience. Tell us what interests you, what you know, and how you’d like to contribute. Expressing interest does not automatically appoint someone to the board.
